Excise Constable and Lady Excise Constable in the Subordinate Excise service under Finance Department
Educational Qualification:
Candidates who have passed 10th standard examination from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent having Bengali/ Nepali as a language paper of Madhyamik level. Candidates should have reading, writing and speaking proficiency in Bengali/ Nepali.
Age Limit:
Minimum 18 and Maximum 27 years as on 01.01.2019. The Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC & ST candidates and 03 years for O.B.C candidates. Ex-servicemen and PWD candidates of West Bengal will get relaxation as per government rule. No relaxation is applicable to SC/ST/OBC of other states as they shall be treated as general candidates.
Scale of Pay:
Rs. 5,400-25,200/- with grade pay 2,600/-
Application Fee:
Candidates must pay Rs. 220/- (Rs. 20/- for SC/ST candidates of West Bengal) Only.
