Post Name:
Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) General Central Service, Group-C, Non-Gazatted, Non-Ministerial.
Total Vacancy:
There are total of 09 posts. [UR- 05, SC- 03, ST- 01]
Scale of Pay:
Scale of Pay of Staff Car Driver: Level-2 in the pay matrix- Rs. 19,900-63,200/-
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
18 to 27 years ( Age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ST and Central Government Servants up to the age of 40 in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central Government). The crucial date for determining age limit shall be the closing date of receipt of application from candidates of India.
Educational Qualification:
The candidates must have passed 10th standard / Madhyamik / Matriculation from a recognized Board or Institute. Possession of a valid driving licence for light and heavy motor vehicles. Knowledge of Motor mechanism (The candidates should be able to remove minor defects in motor vehicle. Experience of Driving light & heavy motor vehicle for atleast three years.
Desirable Qualification:
Three years service as Home Guard or Civil Volunteers.
Selection Process:
Selection shall be made on the basis of driving test to assess their competency to drive light and heavy motor vehicles against the candidates possessing the requisite eligibility criteria mentioned above. The date and venue of the test will be intimated separately to the eligible candidates. No intimation will be sent in respect of other applicants who are not eligible. Application must be signed by the candidates and accompanied with:

viii)Two copies passport size photographs signed across by the candidates. One should be pasted in application form and the other should be attached with the application form.
