Emoluments may vary according to the place of posting. The scale of pay applicable to different grades are furnished above. The CTC includs DA, CCA (whareever applicable), special allowence, Quarters rent, NPS management’s contribution, LFC, Annual medical aid, vidal health insurance prenium, as per rules in force.




Probation and Confirmation:

The selected candidates for MMGS-II and MMGS-III will be for a period of one year from the date of joining. Theirf confirmation in the Bank’s service will be decided in terms of the provisions of the Syndicate Bank (Officers)Service Regulations.


Posting & Transferability of the selected candidates:

The selected candidates will be postede as per the requirment of the Bank and thereafter liable to be transferred anywhere in India.


Eligibility Criteriia: Nationality/Citizenship/Qualification

A candidates must be either a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962.

Important Instructions:

Degrees obtained should be from a University / Institution / Board recognised by Government of India/ approved by Government regulatory bodies. In addition to the qualification and experience, the candidates should possess certifications wherever prescribed. Degree / PG degree Certificate/ provisional degree certificte issued by the Univesity shall be produced. Year wise / Semester wise marks sheets of each year/ semester or consolidated marks card in respect of qualifying examination from the University concerned shall be produced.


Selection Procedure:

Bank reserves the right whether to conduct online test and/ or GD/ Interview depending on the number of eligible candidates applying for the posts indicated. For the purpose of GD/ Interview, adequate number of the eligible candidates as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and will be called for GD / Interview. Candidates possessing more than prescribed work experience in the relevant discipline and acquired relevant certifications shall get preference. Merely satisfying the eligible norms do not entitle a candidates to be called for GD/ Interview. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the GD/ Interview after preliminary screening / shortlisting with reference to candidates qualifications, situability, experience, etc., prescribed for the post.


Application Fee:

For the SC/ST/OBC candidates who are pay Rs. 100/- + GST applicable (intimation charge only). And for the General & others categories pay Rs. 600/- + GST applicable (application fee with intimation charge)

Bank transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees / intimation charges will have to be born by candidates.
